REACH helps you stay close to a handful of people who matter. That only works if the app is trustworthy about the relationships you put into it, so this page says plainly what is stored, where it lives, and what is never touched.
Everything below is information you enter yourself. Nothing is gathered in the background.

Your call history and messages are never read. REACH has no access to them and does not ask for any. It cannot tell whether a call happened.
Opening your dialer is never recorded as a connection. Tapping “Call” only opens the phone app. The day count moves when — and only when — you confirm you actually connected.
Your address book is never uploaded. If you add someone from Contacts, REACH receives only the entry you picked, at the moment you pick it.
REACH also contains no advertising, no third-party trackers, and no analytics service. Nothing about your use of the app is sent anywhere for measurement, and no data is ever sold or shared for advertising.
Your data lives on your device and, so that it survives a lost or replaced phone, in a REACH database hosted by Supabase on servers in the United States. Supabase is the hosting provider and does not use your data for its own purposes.
Every record is stamped with your account and protected by database-level row security, so one account cannot read another's rows even if the app asked it to. Traffic between your phone and the database is encrypted.
Reminders are scheduled by your own device and delivered by iOS. There is no push server, and REACH does not hold a push token for your phone. If you turn reminders down, or never grant permission, the rest of the app still works.
Deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no recovery window and no backup copy to restore from, so export first if you want to keep anything.
REACH is not directed to children under 13, and accounts are not knowingly created for them.
If this policy changes in a way that affects what is collected or where it is stored, the effective date above will change and the update will be described in the app's release notes.
